Welcome to Our New Lompoc Health Medical Providers

We are proud to welcome the following new medical providers practicing with Lompoc Health. Many patients have already had a chance to meet our new doctors, but for those of you who haven't, we'd like to introduce you to the latest faces in Lompoc's Healthcare.

doc rodriguezAnne O. Rodriguez, MD, FACS

Dr. Rodriguez is a gynecologic oncologist and breast surgeon, treating patients with cancers and other disorders of the breast and female reproductive tract such as ovary, uterus, and cervix. She sees patients at Lompoc Health – North Third Street. She speaks English and Spanish.

doc rossAndrew Ross, MD

Dr. Ross specializes in nephrology and sees patients twice a month at Lompoc Health – North Third Center. Nephrology is a sub-specialty of internal medicine that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the kidney. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. His specialties include renal insufficiency, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, dialysis, and hypertension.

Doc JoseffDarol D. Joseff, MD

Dr. Joseff specializes in nephrology and sees patients at Lompoc Health – North Third Center. He earned his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Internal Medicine. He also held a fellowship in nephrology at Harbor - UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Joseff is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine and also nephrology. He is certified by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons in internal medicine and nephrology.

Doc LawsonCharles R. Lawson, MD

Dr. Lawson is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Lompoc Health – North Third Center. While Dr. Lawson is a locum tenens, or temporary physician, he will be at the practice through spring. He earned his bachelor of science degree in biology and psychology from Rice University in Texas and his doctor of medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. His internship and residency took place at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He previously was in private practice in Houston and was a medical group practice partner in Missouri.

doc yorkLisa M. York, MD

Dr. York is a family medicine physician at Lompoc Health – North Third Center. She is a locum tenens, or temporary physician, and will see patients through the spring.

Dr. York received her medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson in 1994. She completed her residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital and Medical Center. She is affiliated with Banner Payson Medical Center and La Paz Regional Hospital.

doc portnoyLynne I. Portnoy, MD, MPH

Dr. Portnoy is board certified in Occupational Environmental Medicine and sees patients at Lompoc Health – North Third Center. Dr. Portnoy is a locum tenens, or temporary physician, and will be at the practice until June. She earned her Masters’ in Public Health at the University of Michigan and her Medical Degree from Michigan State University. She completed an Internal Medicine residency at California-Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco and an Occupational Medicine Fellowship and Residency at the University of Michigan. She has worked in occupational medicine throughout the United States.
