Emily Bertsch received her Master of Science degree with distinction as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She earned a bachelor degree in health and healthcare administration from Mary Baldwin College, with minor in Music/Voice. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Registered Nursing from Pueblo Community College. Emily was previously employed as a registered nurse at Centura Health in Colorado, and was BLS/ACLS/NIH Stroke-certified. She was a charge nurse and certified medical/surgical RN.
She previously was an infusion nurse for Mid-County Hematology Oncology in Lompoc and was a registered nurse at LVMC in the Critical Care and Medical/Surgical units. She has volunteered for the Key Spouse Program with the Air Force and was a Red Cross volunteer as a registered nurse.
