When cancer begins in a woman’s reproductive organs, it is called gynecologic cancer. We care for women with gynecologic cancer and women who are at high risk for gynecologic cancer based on their family history.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, approximately 71,500 women in the U.S. are diagnosed with gynecologic cancers each year.
We encourage all women to get an annual checkup. If any concerning symptoms persist, please call your doctor.
